I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Women’s Wellness Practitioner with a background in Herbalism, Neuroenergetic Kinesiology, and continuing education in women’s holistic health, committed to living a health-conscious, radiant and embodied life. Seven years ago, I moved to Colorado and was immediately drawn to the excitement of the fast-paced, active mountain lifestyle. However, the constant pressure to be better, faster, and stronger in activities I had enjoyed solely out of fun eventually led to burnout and a sense of disconnection. Over the last half-decade, I’ve embarked on my own personal journey to better understand and nurture my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. By aligning with my body’s natural rhythms, integrating nourishing herbs and foods into my diet , finding activities that make movement enjoyable, connecting with nature, and seeking guidance from mindset coaches and mentors, I’ve cultivated a deep sense of embodiment, self-assurance and a newfound joy in living a slower life. I’m passionate about helping women do the same, as I deeply believe in the interconnectedness of mind and body and strive to empower others to create harmony within themselves.
I created Wild Women Wellness to empower women in uncovering the root of their health issues and chronic pain, slowing down and embracing living a cyclical and holistic lifestyle, while cultivating trust in their body’s innate ability to self-heal.
